There must be a clearly established benefit in using the product or service being demonstrated for the health and/or safety of employees, their families, or other attendees at the EXPO.

Approval

Exhibits must be approved by the Topics/Exhibits Team. If the team questions whether an application meets the acceptance criteria regarding the safety/health benefits, they will request the advice of the EXPO Executive Committee.

Communication with Management

The Topics\Exhibits Team will present the current list of exhibits to the EXPO Sr. Management Team periodically for review. If a concern arises regarding one of the exhibits, the site EXPO Champion will be contacted for resolution.

Booth Award Criteria

• Kids Favorite– This booth or demonstration should focus on informing young people of topics related to health or safety.
• Most Interactive – This booth or demonstration should be the most interactive with a focus on getting people (young and old) physically and mentally involved in an activity related to health or safety.
• Best Corporate Presence - Awarded to company, organization, or group that uses the best corporate presence.
• Best Overall – This is the best booth related to health or safety sponsored by a Hanford company that has a little of every award criteria included in it.
• Best Offsite – This is the best booth related to health or safety sponsored by an offsite company or group that has a little of every award criteria included in it. 
• Best Health Message
• Best Safety Message
• Most Unique - Award to booth that uses the most unique method demonstrating or promoting a health & safety message.
