Employee Job Task Analysis Information

EJTA Stands for Employee Job Task Analysis. 
It is an analysis performed on each employee of the job they perform including routine task Information.

The primary purpose of the EJTA is to inform AMH of identified hazards, physical job demands, and anticipated exposure levels so proper medical tests can be done during physical exams. AMH is the administrator of the EJTA for the Department of Energy.

Software Download

To install the latest version of the EJTA, delete the icon that is currently on your desktop, then go to your company software distribution page for the latest version or click on the link below if you are unable to find it.

PNNL Staff: Click START and select Run.  Enter PNLINST and click OK.  Select the PNNL Apps tab and the Employee Job Task Analysis (EJTA) entry. If you are having problems with this, contact your PNNL POC

Training

EJTA Training Module

This is geared to help you create, update, complete, and terminate EJTA's and is approximately 18 minutes long. There will be updates sometime later and if you have comments or suggestions, please include those in the email that is generated during the last slide. It will open in Internet Explorer.

For specific field information, please utilize the help screens as they have a significant amount of information. If you need immediate assistance, contact your company POC.
