- 4:30 PM – Midnight, Monday – Thursday
- 3:30 PM – Midnight, Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:00, Saturday
Closure Dates and Holiday Closure Schedule
The 200W Health Care Center will be closed for evening and Saturday coverage on Holiday weekends. The 200W Health Care Center is closed as follows:
- Thanksgiving – Clinic closes at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday November 26 and reopens Monday December 1 at 7:00 a.m.
- Christmas – Clinic closes at midnight December 23 and reopens Friday December 26 at 7:00 a.m. for day shift only. Clinic will close at 3:30 Friday and reopen Monday December 29 at 7:00 a.m.
- New Year – Clinic closes at 4:30 Wednesday December 31 and reopens Friday January 2 at 7:00 a.m.
The 1979 Snyder Health Care Center will be closed for the following holidays.
- Thanksgiving – Clinic will be closed November 27 & 28 (Thursday & Friday)
- Christmas – Clinic will be closed December 24 & 25 (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). Clinic will reopen at 7:00 a.m. Friday December 26
- New Year's – Clinic will be closed New Year's Day and reopen at 7:00 a.m. Friday
