CSC Hanford Occupational Health Services (CSC HOHS) schedules routine exams for Mission Support Alliance (MSA), CH2M Hill Plateau Remediation Company (CHPRC), Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS), Fluor Government Group (FFS) and Department of Energy (DOE) (including Richland Operations, Office of River Protection and the Pacific Northwest Site Office). When EJTAs are submitted for current employees requiring new medical exams or an annual exam is due, CSC HOHS schedulers schedule the appointment and an Appointment Notice is sent electronically to the manager and worker with the date, time, and location of the appointment.  Additionally, an electronic Appointment Reminder is sent to the manager and worker one-week prior to the appointment date. Washington Closure Hanford (WCH) and Pacific Northwest Laboratories (PNL) have their own medical schedulers as the point of contact for their workers.  It is the responsibility of the employing company Human Resources representative to contact CSC HOHS scheduling department to schedule appointments for new hire and separating workers.
