Survey Program

AMH actively solicits feedback from its patients, employees and other stakeholders.

Patient Satisfaction Surveys
AMH partners with a professional satisfaction measurement company that specializes in the health care industry to administer the patient survey program. Objectivity is gained from having a third party administer the surveys and provides the opportunity to benchmark results with similar organizations.

An outpatient survey is administered to AMH patients. Patients may also submit their feedback utilizing a comment card available in the clinic. Results of the survey are reviewed and addressed by senior management and flowed down to functional departments or AMH staff when indicated.

Employee Satisfaction Surveys
Employees are surveyed on an annual basis utilizing a professional satisfaction measurement company that specializes in the health care industry. Results of the survey are reviewed and addressed by senior management and reported to employees. AMH’s Employee Advisory Committee provides input on concerns identified in the survey and other employee issues as they arise.

Stakeholder Surveys
The DOE, its contractors and sub-contractors, CSC and other stakeholders can provide valuable insight regarding the perception of the quality of services provided by AMH. AMH solicits feedback on an annual basis. Results of the survey are reviewed and addressed by senior management and flowed down to functional departments or AMH staff when indicated.
