A lathe box is removed from a trench in the 200 West Area. Waste in the trench is included in the suspect transuranic (TRU) waste retrieval work scope. The waste was buried in the 1970s when it became required for suspect TRU waste to be retrievably stored. Once this waste is removed, it will be determined if it is low-level or TRU waste.
