(NEW) SEMINAR ON NATURAL AND ENHANCED ATTENUATION FOR CHLORINATED SOLVENTS: NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND TOOLS.
The Department of Energy Environmental Management Office of Groundwater and Soil Remediation and the Savannah River National Laboratory will hold a seminar on the processes and next generation of tools used to implement natural attenuation-based remedies at chlorinated solvent contaminated sites. Hanford has a very large plume of carbon tetrachloride in the 200 West Area and smaller occurrences of trichloroethylene (TCE). These tools may be useful in managing cleanup decisions for these plumes. See the attached flyer for more information.
