Monthly Open MeetingsMonthly open meetings provide informal opportunities for the public, tribal governments, stakeholders, regulators, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and program staff to voice opinions, discuss and resolve issues, and identify upcoming events. Meeting agendas are issued to more than 200 individuals and organizations on the Groundwater Remediation Project distribution list prior to the meeting. Prior to March 2003, meeting minutes were prepared for the monthly open meetings and are available below. For meetings occuring after that time, agendas and selected meeting handouts are available. Meetings are held the first Monday of the month. Those who are unable to attend the meetings in person can participate by phone by calling 1-800-664-0771.
