The public is invited to attend any or all of three workshops that have been designed to engage them in a dialogue to clarify a vision for the Hanford Site (surface, soil, and groundwater) when cleanup is complete -- the "end state" vision. Each workshop will be a day and a half, and held at the Consolidated Information Center in Richland, Washington, at 2770 University Drive. Please RSVP via e-mail to RBES@rl.gov or call Yvonne Sherman at (509) 376-6216 and you will be provided with information regarding the time and agenda for each workshop. Dates for the workshops are:

• June 23 - 24, 2004 -- Focus on 100 Area including groundwater
  • June 23, 8:00 a.m., introduction to Hanford and overview of contaminants; workshop is 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • June 24, 8:00 a.m. to noon
• August 10 - 11, 2004 -- Focus on 200 Area including groundwater
• May 19, 2005 -- Focus on 300 Area including groundwater
