DQO Process Workbook

• DQO Electronic Workbook, Version 1.2.2, October 2001 (standard approach)
  
  The DQO Electronic Workbook provides an updated and streamlined Level 1 template with pop-up user Help windows for Levels 2 and 3 for each section and table. A database back end provides ease of generation of the MS Word DQO report and maintains a copy of the DQO report for future reference.

    Note: If you receive any of the following errors while trying to run the DQO Workbook 1.2 software, please download the patch which installs a necessary DLL that may not be present on your system:
    
    

    • "cannot initialize data bindings"

    • "arguments are of the wrong time or out of the accpetable range, failed in the map forward step"

    
    There is no need to install the patch unless you are receiving either of the errors listed above.
