Thank you for coming down to Region 09 and providing us that awesome DQO/VSP training. Many folks are raving about it and are now anxiously awaiting the "DAY 2" you mentioned would be available this fall. Also, this morning Vance had a very positive discussion with Duane Geuder, who recommended Vance contact Larry Zaragoza.
