Fluor Federal Services was originally certified as a DOE VPP star site in June 2001, and to date, is the only “pure” construction entity in the DOE Complex to hold this certification. Fluor Federal Services has been recertified as a result of three follow-on reviews: 2005, 2008 and October 2011.Fluor Federal Services provides design, engineering, procurement, contract management, project management, self-perform construction, and construction management services to DOE prime contractors on the Hanford Site. Personnel located in Fluor Federal Services’ Richland office also support other Fluor projects, operations, and corporate entities in the U.S. and around the world.
