EXPO 2016

Tuesday, May 10 & Wednesday, May 11
Operating Hours 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

TRAC Center
Pasco, Washington

In an effort to revitalize EXPO, we are modifying the approach of the Health & Safety EXPO to include more of a community involvement aspect. For 2016, we have selected the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Network as our featured topic.

Washington STEM was founded to reimagine and revitalize STEM education for every student in Washington.  The goal is for all Washington high school graduates to be STEM literate, prepared to complete post-secondary degrees, and thrive in Washington’s STEM-driven workforce and society.

The EXPO planning committee is very excited to be working with Mid-Columbia STEM Network.  In conjunction with the featuring STEM as the theme for this years’ EXPO, our criteria for exhibits has been modified to support these topics.  The goal of EXPO is to engage the community and promote health, safety, science, technology, engineering and mathematics at home and in the workplace.   Interactive demonstrations geared to support education are desired to increase participation from local schools.

We invite you to join us at EXPO 2016 and be a part of this positive experience. Admission to the event is free and open to the public of all ages.

EXPO is supported by the Department of Energy, Hanford contractors and the Hanford unions.

If you are interested in participating as an exhibitor at EXPO 2016, here is a link to the registration form.

Thank you
