State of the Hanford Site
The Tri-Party Agreement (TPA) agencies [U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology), and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)] invite you to this year’s State of the Hanford Site meetings being held throughout the month of March. These meetings offer the opportunity for interested members of the public to discuss Hanford cleanup progress, challenges, and priorities with top decision-makers from the TPA agencies.
The State of the Hanford Site meetings feature an Open House with displays and information from the TPA agencies as well as regional organizations involved or interested in Hanford Cleanup.
If your organization would like to have a display booth or informational materials on how you are involved with Hanford, please contact Sharon Braswell at 509-376-9292 or e-mail Sharon_M_Braswell@rl.gov.
The State of the Site meetings continue to be a forum for senior decision-makers to talk about progress at Hanford, the challenges they face and what are the “big hitters” facing them in the coming years. If you have a specific topic you’d like to discuss at the State of the Hanford Site meetings, please take a minute and give us your input by sending an e-mail to: Stateofsite11@rl.gov.
