Hanford Live 2017 is an online conversation on cleanup progress and challenges hosted by the Hanford cleanup agencies. This webinar forum is a first for the Hanford site. The goal is to provide an opportunity for communication between the government agencies overseeing the environmental cleanup and the public.
The Tri-Party Agreement agencies are the U.S. Department of Energy Richland Operations Office; USDOE Office of River Protection; the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency; and the Washington Department of Ecology Nuclear Waste Program.
Want to ask a question about Hanford? Written questions will be accepted anytime including the night of the event by emailing HanfordLive2017@rl.gov or through the Hanford Site Facebook and Twitter accounts. Representatives of the Hanford cleanup agencies will answer as many questions as time permits.
Video questions will also be accepted. Just send us a video recording (less than one minute) of you asking your question, and your video could be played during the broadcast. If you’d like to submit a video, please email HanfordLive2017@rl.gov for submission instructions. Please do not submit your videos to the email above – it won’t accept large files. Deadline for video submissions is March 29.
