Modification A001

  1. The purpose of this modification is to increase the amount of funds obligated to the contract by $5,841,403.00.
  2. Part I - The Schedule, Section B.2A, Obligation of Funds, is hereby increased by $5,841,403.00. The first sentence of this paragraph is hereby changed to read as follows: "The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is twenty million, eight hundred one thousand, four hundred and three dollars ($20,801,403)."
  3. All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
