Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract
A. Appendix A, Key Personnel, is deleted and replaced with an updated Appendix A, Attachment 1 to this Modification. This revised Appendix A reflects personnel changes approved by the Department of Energy through the date of this Modification.
B. In Appendix C, DOE Directives, the Introductory Paragraph is deleted and replaced with the revised Introductory Paragraph that is included in Attachment 2 to this Modification.
C. Appendix C, DOE Directives, is deleted and replaced with the updated Appendix C, Attachment 2 to this Modification. This revised Appendix C deletes and adds the DOE Directives listed below; the effective date for the addition and deletion of these Directives shall be thirty days from the effective date of this Modification:
