SID 1.2.1:By September 30, 1998, the Contractor shall:
1) have Assessed 100% of the Equipment, 100% of the Infrastructure, and
80% of the IRM Systems, and 2) Remediated 70% of the Equipment, 70% of
the Infrastructure, and 30% of the IRM Systems as defined in the
attachments to Contractor letter FDH-9760877, dated November 18, 1997.
