Below is a summary of changes to Performance Objectives, Measures, Expectations and Incentives as a result of this contract modification. Refer to the table on pages 3 through 56 for specific changes.

  1. The following incentives are changed to correct previous errors and omissions in the table:

ART 1.1.2, ART 1.1.4, SNF 1.5.1, FS 10.1, FS 10.1.1A, TWR 1.2.15, TWR 1.2.16 TWR 1.2.17.

  1. TWR 3.2.2 is updated to reflect the September 1, 1998 revision to the incentive.
