| AMT 1: The Contractor shall work with DOE and the
Tri-Cities to create a local economy which is substantially less
dependent on a DOE Hanford payroll. The Contractor and its Major
Subcontractors commit to help create 3,000 new jobs in the Tri-City
community by the end of the five year contract period.

September 30, 1998.
No incentive fee amount will be earned by the Contractor for meeting the Performance Expectation; the Performance Expectation is minimum expected performance. -2.5% at Expectation Level |
