Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract

1. Contract Section J, Appendix I, is revised to incorporate Fluor Daniel Hanford, Inc. Small, Small Disadvantaged and Woman-Owned Small Business Subcontracting Plan for Fiscal Year 1999. This Plan is attachment 1 to this Modification.

2. Contract Section J, Appendix N, is revised to incorporate the Special Bank Account Agreement for the period October 1, 1998 though September 30, 1999. This Special Bank Account Agreement is attachment 2 to this Modification.
