This modification incorporates applicable Department of Labor (DOL) Wage Determinations into this contract and provides clarification regarding the period of applicability of Wage Determinations as follows:

A.    Wage Determination 94-2570 (Revision 3) was included in the basic contract awarded on August 6, 1996, and was applicable from date of award to the contract's first anniversary date, August 6, 1997. Attachment 1 to this Modification, Wage Determination 94-2569 Revision 3, is hereby incorporated into contract Section J, Appendix M. Wage Determination 94-2569 (Revision 3) is also applicable from August 6, 1996 to August 6, 1997.

B.    Attachment 2 to this Modification, Wage Determinations 94-2569 (Revision 5) and 94-2570 (Revision 4), became applicable on the first anniversary date of the contract, August 6, 1997. Attachment 2 to this Modification is hereby incorporated into Contract Section J, Appendix M, and is applicable from August 6, 1997 to August 6, 1998.

C.    Attachment 3 to this Modification, Wage Determination 94-2569 (Revision 8), is hereby incorporated into Contract Section J, Appendix M, and is applicable from the contract's second anniversary date, August 6, 1998, to August 6, 1999.

D.    Contract Modification M039 dated September 25, 1998 incorporated Wage Determinations 94-2570 (Revision 6) and 98-109. Wage Determination 94-2570 (Revision 6) is applicable from August 6, 1998 to August 6, 1999. Wage Determination 98-109 includes three Collective Bargaining Agreements. The period of applicability of this Wage Determination 98-109 is as stated in the Collective Bargaining Agreements.

E.    This modification also incorporates those wage determinations issued to FDH subcontractors under the Blanket Wage Determination Program. The schedule for the BWD is as follows:
