Description:	Fluor Hanford (the Buyer) is interested in receiving proposals for a Delivered Price, FOB Destination for the purchase of One (1) Demolition Excavator, in support of the Excavation Project, Richland, Washington, under Prime Contract DE AC06 96RL13200 with the U.S. Department of Energy.  Information regarding the product or services required and instructions for the preparation and submission of proposals are contained in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP).

This is a Small Business and Region 10 Set Aside.  Therefore, proposals in response to this request must be a Small Business concern and reside in or will be operating in Region 10, which encompasses Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
