Labor Hours Submittal
 

Contractors are required to report the total labor hours worked on the Hanford site in accordance with Special Provisions for On Site Services (SP-5). The information will be used for contractor labor performance reporting. Address questions to the Contract Officer (CO).

Complete this form and submit it by the due date for each month indicating total labor hours worked only on the Hanford Site (includes government-owned/government-leased facilities or properties).
