Contractor Labor Hour Submittal

Fluor Hanford (FH) contractors are required to report the total labor hours worked on the Hanford site in accordance with Special Provisions for On Site Services (SP-5). The information will be used in FH contractor safety and health performance reporting. Address questions to the Fluor Hanford Contract Officer (CO).

Complete this form and submit it to FH by the due date for each month indicating total labor hours worked only on the Hanford Site (includes government-owned/government-leased facilities or properties).
