The following Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information/Interest (RFIs), Expression of Interest (EOI) and Acquisition Notices describe current or future requirements in support of the Mission Support Contract.  Companies interested in responding to one of the notices below should correspond directly with the identified Contract Specialist.

In order to respond to any MSA solicitation, the following actions are required: (1) register your company with MSA on the MSA Vendor Registration website, (2) register your company in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/, and (3) complete the federal web-based Representations and Certifications via SAM.  If you have any questions about doing business with MSA, please contact our Supplier Advocacy Office.

The Mission Support Alliance in support of the Hanford Site, located in Richland, WA under Prime Contract with the United States Department of Energy is interested in obtaining a Proposal for PROJECT L-789, POWER POLES TESTING & TREATMENT PROGRAM.

 

There will be a mandatory job walk on April 18, 2017, as further detailed in the attached RFP.  We need to have an estimated head count of who will be attending the job walk, so please let us know by April 13, 2017 if you will be attending.

 

Please complete the attached Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) Form and return via email prior to the job walk.  Pole location maps will be handed out at the Job Walk and will require a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).  The individual signing the NDA must be the same person attending the job walk.

 

Award is based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
