The following Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information/Interest (RFIs), Expression of Interest (EOI) and Acquisition Notices describe current or future requirements in support of the Mission Support Contract.  Companies interested in responding to one of the notices below should correspond directly with the identified Contract Specialist.

Description:

 

Staff augmentation support for water and sewer utilities training plan improvements.

 

Develop/revise the current training plan in place for Water and Sewer (W&SU) personnel. Three areas will be the main focus: revise the VISION training system/database, tracking continuing education credits to ensure certifications are up to date, and  enhancing the tracking of W&SU qualifications to cover on the job training. The objective is to use ITEM to manage all training.  This system already exists and is used to track various common training requirements.

Note: Re-location, per diem, and travel are not authorized under this procurement.

The Fire Systems Maintenance (FSM) group within Mission Support Alliance (MSA) maintains, inspects, and tests fire alarm systems and fire suppression systems across the Hanford Site.  Their electricians and pipefitters who conduct this work are in need of some training to keep them qualified to perform the work.  FSM also uses firefighters from Testing & Services (T&S) group within MSA to assist the electricians and pipefitters.
