Who We Are...

The Supplier Advocacy Office within Fluor Hanford Acquisitions provides assistance to suppliers interested in business opportunities with the Fluor Project Hanford (FPH) Team. As the single point of contact for Acquisition information, the Supplier Advocacy Office provides the Procurement and Technical point of contacts and references for the FPH Team. Additionally, the Supplier Advocacy Office will provide timely response and assistance to specific supplier questions in coordination with the appropriate company/department in order to obtain an answer for the supplier.

What We Do...

Supplier Advocacy Office is available for:

  • One-on-one meetings with suppliers

  • Facilitate vendor presentations with procurement contract officers and management.

  • Reviews and approves subcontracting plans

  • Maintain database of potential suppliers

  • Liaison to other Hanford contractors and DOE-RL

  • Helps suppliers direct their marketing efforts to Fluor Hanford Procurement and the Fluor Hanford projects

  • Gathers and reports small business subcontracting achievements
