	Fluor Hanford Acquisitions Overview Project Hanford Acquisition Fluor Hanford, Inc (FH) is the Project Hanford Management Contract (PHMC) Prime Contractor for the Department of Energy at the Hanford Site and is responsible for performing the procurement for the PHMC Team. FH has responsibility for waste management, the Fast Flux Test Facility, nuclear chemical processing, and Site support services. Support services include patrol, fire, transportation, maintenance and utilities. FH performs the procurement for the PHMC Team.
