HANFORD SITE EMPLOYEE UNDERGOING TESTING - RESTRICTED ACCESS

Click This Link For DOE or Company Specific Status A Hanford Site employee is undergoing testing for the coronavirus (COVID-19). Access to MO-2240 in 200 West Area where the employee worked has been restricted, with the exception of authorized janitorial staff, as a precaution until it can be disinfected. In accordance with Benton Franklin Health District guidance, personnel assigned to MO-2240 are not being directed to take any action at this time but should be aware and monitor themselves for symptoms. 2705-S and MO-2242 in 200 West Area have been disinfected and access is no longer restricted. The following buildings are currently restricted pending disinfection: • MO-2243 in 200 East Area • MO-240 and MO-6108 in 200 West Area • 2740-W in 200 West Area • Affected areas of WTP T-74 in 200 East Area If you have any questions, contact your manager. The Hanford Site remains in Phase 2 operations of the Hanford Remobilization Plan. All COVID-19 protocols continue to be required. Employees identified to return to their regular work locations will receive notification from their supervisors or managers and should read the health and safety protocols before reporting to work.
