 The Small Business Program Manager (SBPM) within the DOE-ORP Contracts and Property Management Division provides guidance and assistance to small businesses interested in business at the Hanford Site.  As the single point of contact for the small business program, the SBPM helps ensure procurement opportunities with DOE-ORP are made available for small businesses to the maximum extent practicable and serves as the advocate and interface on behalf of small businesses with the Contracting Officers and Contract Specialists.

DOE-ORP, DOE Richland Operations Office, Hanford Site Prime Contractors, and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory each have SBPMs that make up the Hanford Small Business Council (HSBC).  The HSBC points are of contact are shown below:
