The Small Business Program Manager (SBPM) aims to provide guidance and assistance to small businesses interested in business at the Hanford Site. The SBPM helps ensure procurement opportunities are made available for small businesses to the maximum extent practicable, and serves as an advocate and interface on behalf of small businesses with Contracting Officers and Contract Specialists. DOE-RL, DOE-ORP, Prime Contractors of both offices, and PNNL each have SBPMs that make up the Hanford Small Business Council.
