The U.S. Department of Energy Richland Operations Office (DOE-RL) is nearing completion of the third Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation Liability Act (CERCLA) Five- Year Review for the Hanford Site. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Washington State Department of Ecology provided informal reviews throughout the
preparation of this document.
At this time DOE is making the Draft Hanford Site Third CERCLA Five-Year Review Report available to the public prior to final submittal to EPA. Questions or suggestions on the Draft Report should be sent no later than September 12, 2011 to:
