Public Comment Requested on the Pacific Northwest Site Office’s Cultural and Biological Resources Management Plan Update
Public comments are invited on a proposed update to the Pacific Northwest Site Office’s Cultural and Biological Resources Management Plan. The purpose of this plan is to provide direction and management strategy to meet stewardship and management responsibilities for the biological and cultural resources on the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory Site which includes approximately 350 acres of developed and undeveloped lands adjacent to the Columbia River.
The comment period will run from April 1 through May 1,2015. Public meetings will be held Tuesday, April 14 at the Washington State University Tri Cities Campus in CIC 210/212. The first meeting is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. and the second meeting will begin at 6 p.m.
The Cultural and Biological Resources Management Plan will be available for review starting April 1 at http://science.energy.gov/pnso/resources/.
