The Hanford Advisory Board River and Plateau Committee members will receive a presentation on sitewide groundwater cleanup efforts, and an update on demolition and remediation at the Plutonium Finishing Plant. The meeting will include committee business. The board develops consensus advice on major policy issues related to Hanford Site cleanup. The advice is provided to the Tri-Party Agreement (TPA) agencies – the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and Washington State Department of Ecology.
