Hanford Advisory Board (HAB) Tank Waste Committee members will learn about the Low-Activity Waste Pretreatment System (LAWPS) Critical Decision (CD)-1 with a presentation by Steve Pfaff, DOE-ORP Federal Project Director. Members will receive an update on A and AX Tank Farm retrieval; including efficiencies and schedule. Joining the HAB Public Involvement Committee, members will discuss the Waste Treatment Plant (WTP) Progress and Communications Approach to develop an effective communications plan for the general public. Dirk Dunning, HAB Issue Manager will provide an overview and discussion of Safety Culture. The meeting will conclude with committee business and an open forum to discuss Hanford related issues.
