H2C requests that each prospective Offeror notify the procurement specialist by email no later than 3:30 p.m., Thursday, May 28, 2026, whether the Offeror intends to submit a proposal in response to this Solicitation. In addition, the offerors notification of intent to propose must be submitted with the following completed document.
