It is highly recommended that prospective Offerors attend this conference. The Offerors should invite their prospective Lower-Tier Subcontractors, and every attempt should be made to attend this conference to ascertain the nature, site conditions, location of the work, or cost thereof.
Participants intending to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Walkdown must provide notification by Monday, April 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PST. The notification must include a list of attendees with the following information:
- Full First, Middle, and Last Name
- Confirmation of U.S. citizenship (see Acceptable IDs for a list of acceptable identification)

- Indicate if a visitor badge will be required.
